Key Responsibilities
  • We need dedicated mental health professionals to staff hotlines and helplines, providing call, text, and chat support.
  • Maintain high standards of effectiveness with callers, utilizing scripts and best practices for all scenarios.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders through effective communication channels.
  • Track and communicate client information using systems.
  • Ensure patients receive follow-up care, conducting regular triage and check-ins.
  • Work closely with operations teams and fellow coaches to address clients' needs.
  • Have an empathetic and proactive approach to helping clients in need.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed, you should have:

  • At least 2-4 years experience working as a helpline responder.
  • Completed training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or its equivalent.
  • Certified in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A Masters in Psychology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Be open to feedback and willing to improve and develop.
  • Technical know-how for meetings and online development courses.
