Key Role in Workplace Wellbeing

The Licenced Psychologist or Guidance Counselor plays a pivotal role in supporting psychological safety, emotional resilience, and overall mental health within the workplace.

This position involves delivering one-on-one sessions, facilitating small-group sessions, providing timely support for urgent wellbeing needs, and leading training focused on resilience, healthy coping, and distress management.

We are seeking qualified professionals with a background in Clinical Counselling or Psychology.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly or on-demand 1:1 well-being sessions to provide individualised support and guidance.
  • Facilitate monthly small-group sessions focusing on peer support in a psychologically safe space to foster healthy working relationships and social connection.
  • Deliver group training sessions including onboarding, well-being and resiliency training, and annual refresher training to promote organisational development and employee engagement.
  • Provide discreet and proactive intervention as necessary, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum master's degree in psychology.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience post-bachelor's degree in mental health, preferably in areas such as trauma counselling, resilience-building programs, general or clinical mental health support.
  • Must hold a valid and active license from the relevant regulatory body as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills, with the ability to engage clients and build trust-based relationships.
  • Excellent data management and administrative skills, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of client information and session records.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with adaptability and resilience.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a focus on staying current with industry trends.
