Behavioral Health Professional

Mental health professionals work with individuals, families and groups to promote mental health and wellness. MedGrocer's digitally-enabled wellness and population health programs, telehealth and medical services, contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions that enhance accessibility and efficiency.

About This Role

This role involves contributing to impactful projects that improve lives while fostering personal and professional growth. You will collaborate with a diverse team on initiatives aimed at improving the physical and mental health of millions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Consultations and psychotherapy are carried out in alignment with protocols and scheduling systems.
  • Clients are triaged and escalated by the Mental Health team, and holistic interventions are developed for clients' mental health.
  • Operational reports and other requests related to the mental health program are facilitated through collaboration between the Mental Health team and company representatives.
  • Clients' mental and emotional well-being are assessed through regular check-ins and emergency handling.
  • The effectiveness of programs is monitored, and necessary improvements are suggested to further develop current systems.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field is currently being pursued.
  • A willingness to work from home during mid-day shifts.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Workspace.
  • A background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs is preferred.
