Job Title: Mortgage Loan Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Specialist to support our loan processing and credit assessment functions.

This is a full-time, remote position working with Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end loan processing from application to settlement
  • Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to ensure seamless transaction
  • Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
  • Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and workflow
  • Stay current with lender policies and industry updates to provide expert advice
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in supporting an Australian mortgage brokerage
  • Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized individual who can work independently
  • Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
