Job Overview

This role provides critical administrative support to an architecture manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, prioritizing emails, and maintaining task management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative and coordination tasks for the architecture manager.
  • Sort and prioritize emails, draft responses, and flag urgent messages.
  • Open and organize tasks for the architecture manager.
  • Maintain task management systems and follow up on pending items.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate project timelines.
  • Handle basic document organization and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar administrative role, preferably in architecture or construction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience with email management and task management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
