The ideal candidate should possess at least five years of professional experience, coupled with a strong understanding of construction methods and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage architecture projects independently
  • Develop 3D models and visualizations using industry-leading software
  • Coordinate project management, including resource allocation and timeline adherence
  • Lead and guide team members to achieve project objectives
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • E nsure quality, deadlines, and budget compliance
  • Document and present project outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed degree from a top-tier university
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect
  • Practical experience with ArchiCAD 3D and Twinmotion
  • Strong technical expertise and solid understanding of construction methods
  • Familiarity with Swiss building culture and willingness to learn about local conditions
  • Ability to work proactively with Swiss standards and high-quality benchmarks
  • Experience leading and coordinating team members
  • Capacity to work independently, structured, forward-thinking, and responsibly
