A dynamic accounting professional is needed to oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including reconciliations, payables, and receivables. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently.

The role involves managing bank reconciliations, reviewing vendor invoices, and processing payment runs. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain organized documentation.
  • Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, verifying compliance with guidelines.
  • Accurately record all financial transactions in the accounting system with strong attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers.
  • Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other key accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Support and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
