The Role

We are seeking a strategic Customer Engagement Strategist to lead our customer engagement efforts. You will play a key role in driving customer retention, loyalty, and growth through data-driven campaigns, platform optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will be responsible for bringing our loyalty and referral programs to life by leveraging customer insights to create exciting perks, irresistible rewards, and memorable experiences that keep our community coming back for more.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer engagement strategy across channels
  • Stay up-to-date on martech trends to improve customer engagement strategy, tools, and execution
  • Analyse customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights and improve communications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
  • Proven experience leading a team
