We're looking for a multifaceted Marketing Strategist & Growth Lead to join our global team. This is a hands-on role where you will be both a strategist and a doer. We need a professional who doesn't wait for instructions but takes the initiative, makes informed decisions, and drives projects forward.
The Role and Your Responsibilities
This is a critical position where you will be responsible for end-to-end project management. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing, ensuring all campaigns are aligned with our strategic goals and timelines.
- Data-Driven Strategy & Project Management: You will be responsible for creating project plans and setting timelines for all campaigns. Your decisions will be based on solid market research and data analysis, with a core focus on increasing engagement across our social media channels. You must be highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data and report on performance.
- Campaign & Lead Generation: You will drive the strategy for innovative marketing campaigns across social media, paid media, and email. Your campaigns must be tailored to different demographics—from leisure clients to corporate groups—and show an understanding of the diverse corporate and consumer lingo required to connect with each audience.
- Supplier & Content Management: You will build relationships with different travel suppliers to understand their offerings. You'll then plan campaigns around these packages, manage the marketing content from suppliers, and be responsible for uploading this content to our website.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will be the central hub for our marketing efforts, delegating tasks and working closely with our paid media team, web team, videographers, and content writers. You will provide strategic direction and ensure everyone is aligned to a single goal.
- Creative Execution: You will use your hands-on experience in graphic design and social media management to create compelling visuals and content. A strong understanding of branding is a must, and you must be able to create clear briefs to ensure all creative assets are on-brand.

Work Schedule
- This is a support position for our global team.
- Our workweek runs from Monday to Thursday, with a full working day on Saturday. Friday is a half-day.
- Hands-On Skills: You must have direct, demonstrable experience in graphic design and social media management.
