Customer Support Strategist

We are seeking an experienced customer support strategist to lead and manage our customer service function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and standards that align with our business goals and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service for a tech or SaaS company, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role. They will also have a strong understanding of customer service practices and customer journey management within tech or SaaS companies.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer pain points and improve our platform experience. You will also be responsible for building a feedback loop between customer support and product development to enhance feature development and usability.

Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in customer service for a tech or SaaS company.

  • Previous experience in the insurance or InsurTech space is a strong advantage.
