This role involves managing a team of specialists in a global commercial desk, supporting enterprise sales teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing operational processes that drive the success of Atlassian's sales organization worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead a team of App Commercial Desk Specialists across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless execution of operational processes.">
  • Work directly with marketplace partners to provide support and ensure effective communication.">
  • Oversee day-to-day team activity and performance, driving results-oriented strategies to achieve internal KPIs.">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners, providing expert advice on app-related questions during the sales cycle.">
  • Develop and implement metrics to analyze internal efficiency, including SLAs and support volumes.">
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as Enterprise Deal Management, Marketplace Operations, and Ecosystems, to support the sales cycle.">
  • Partner with content managers and business process analysts to create and maintain process documentation for the App Commercial Desk.">
  • Address internal escalations promptly and resolve issues efficiently.">
  • Maintain operational reporting and deliver executive updates.">
  • Provide training and onboarding for new App Desk Sales Specialists.">
  • Drive continuous improvement of related processes and systems.">

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.">
  • Proficiency in Excel, including ad-hoc formula creation.">
  • Familiarity with sales service desk tools.">
  • Background in quoting, billing, and vendor management in a B2B or B2C setting.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across organizational boundaries.">
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability in complex situations.">
  • Demonstrated accountability and teamwork.">
  • Flexibility to join video chats daily.">
