Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Billing Manager to lead our payroll operations and manage client billing processes across multiple countries. This critical role requires strong knowledge of compliance, regulations, and reconciliation to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and billing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead payroll processing across international jurisdictions.
  • Oversee client invoicing, revenue recognition, and billing reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international laws.
  • Manage payroll queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
  • Reconcile payroll and billing with general ledger, taxes, and benefits contributions.
  • Oversee payroll and billing systems, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations to align payroll and billing with accounting and business needs.
  • Prepare payroll and billing reports for leadership, audits, and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of payroll and/or billing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of global billing regulations, tax, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing payroll and billing across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with payroll and billing systems (ADP, Gusto, Xero, NetSuite, Deel, or similar).
  • Strong reconciliation, reporting, and revenue recognition skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
