Job Description

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client onboarding. Your primary responsibility will be to manage technical integrations, configure and test CRM systems, APIs, and other connected platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing technical integrations by configuring, testing, and deploying CRM integrations, APIs, and other connected systems during the onboarding process.
  • Proactively identifying, diagnosing, and resolving API errors, data sync issues, and configuration challenges.
  • Partnering with implementation managers, CSMs, and sales engineers to align technical work with client requirements.
  • Documenting and refining integration processes to improve efficiency and reduce implementation time.
  • Performing thorough end-to-end testing of integrations before launch to ensure they meet performance and functional requirements.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or technical account management (preferably in SaaS or software solutions).
  • Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations (REST, webhooks, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with complex systems.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
