As a Technical Solutions Engineer in Professional Services, you will serve as a technical liaison between our platform and clients. You will design and implement custom integrations while providing superior customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement custom integrations between our platform and client systems.
- Develop API integrations, CSV export solutions, and two-way payroll integration implementations.
- Conduct client meetings to gather technical requirements and provide ongoing technical support.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop custom career sites, tools, and reporting solutions for enterprise customers.
- Optimize integrations for self-service implementation and document technical processes.
- Customer Service: Excellent client-facing skills with ability to translate technical concepts.
- Project Management: Capable of managing 5-6 concurrent projects with varying complexity.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and creative solution development.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Familiarity with version control systems and workflow automation tools.
- Strong track record of successful customer interaction.
