We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Team Member to join our Prestige Lounge team at The SM STORE. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our lounge.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests/members with a smile, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the Prestige Lounge by maintaining a clean and organized environment that reflects positively on our brand.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Endorse items left behind by customers, promoting a culture of lost and found excellence.
