Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to fill this position.


In this role, you will collaborate with Partnerships Managers to drive high-quality prospecting efforts and optimize account operations.


This is a remote job requiring 40 hours of work per week.



Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and validate high-quality leads for key accounts by utilizing our database and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Maintain database accuracy, ensuring up-to-date records and preventing duplicates through diligent effort.
  • Prepare outreach sequences with personalized messaging templates to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Closely collaborate with Partnerships Managers to drive successful strategies and achieve goals.


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales and prospecting with proven success.
  • Strong experience in lead validation and database maintenance to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to streamline processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to work EST or PT hours to accommodate various schedules.
