TikTok Shop Media Buyer Role">

We're seeking a skilled TikTok Shop Media Buyer to support the development and management of ad campaigns aimed at boosting sales and brand visibility within TikTok's shopping platform. This role offers a great opportunity to learn the ropes of performance marketing while contributing directly to campaign success and maximizing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).

You'll work alongside experienced media buyers and creative teams to help optimize ads, analyze results, and stay on top of TikTok trends. If you're eager to grow your skills in digital media buying and e-commerce, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in designing and managing TikTok Shop ad campaigns, including video ads and in-app shopping formats.
  2. Support budget monitoring to help maximize ROI and GMV.
  3. Monitor campaign performance using TikTok analytics and other reporting tools; help track key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to help develop engaging ad content tailored to TikTok users.
  5. Conduct research on TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform campaigns.
  6. Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team.
  7. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  8. Continuously learn and adapt strategies based on performance and platform updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 0-1 year experience in media buying, preferably with TikTok or other social media advertising platforms.
  • BASIC understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn data-driven optimization.
  • Creative mindset with interest in social commerce and TikTok trends.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
