Position Overview: As a DevOps Engineer with a strong background in Power Apps Development, you will play a vital role in building, deploying, and maintaining robust, scalable solutions. You'll work with both the infrastructure and development aspects, collaborating with teams to manage deployments, support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and ensure the smooth operation of our custom solutions. This role will also include responsibilities specific to Power Apps development and integration with Microsoft Teams.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Develop, maintain, and improve infrastructure-as-code for consistent, scalable environments.
• Support and enhance existing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and associated components.
• Maintain and improve TypeScript functions to enhance current app capabilities, including modifying and improving C# plugins for app operations.
• Build and maintain custom components for Power Apps, utilizing Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the performance and security of deployed solutions.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development of a custom web application for managing deployed Power Apps solutions.
• Conduct R&D activities, including research, experimentation, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the Microsoft Power Platform, providing guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Power Apps within Microsoft Teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and containerization.
• Proficient in JavaScript and/or TypeScript for client-side scripting and Power Apps customizations.
• Experience with C# and .NET for developing custom plugins, integrations, and web services.
• Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, including solution packaging and deployment.
• Expertise in Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) Development.
• Moderate knowledge on Microsoft Teams app development and integration with Power Apps.
• Familiarity with APIs such as REST and OData for integration purposes.
• Familiarity with the use of Canvas applications

Desired Skills:

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform Development or DevOps.
• Experience with SQL and M (Power Query).

Strong problem-solving skills and a history of reliability in project execution.

Must be willing to work Tuesday - Saturday 5am - 2pm Manila Time

Must be comfortable working Homebased

Must have reliable internet connection at home
