Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable professional to join a dynamic, fast-growing marketing-as-a-service organization. This role requires expertise in managing, optimizing, and integrating business-to-business (B2B) marketing technology systems—commonly referred to as marketing technology or MarTech.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to scale marketing operations and marketing technology solutions in a high-growth environment.
  • Design and oversee efficient processes that manage the entire lead journey—from capturing and scoring leads, to qualifying, converting, and prioritizing them for sales.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the performance and functionality of the organization's marketing technology systems.
