Marketing Operations Specialist Role

This is a pivotal role that entails overseeing the execution of marketing activities across multiple B2B marketing platforms and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams to deliver business goals.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize marketing efficiency through technology.
  • Streamlining campaign processes and workflows to increase overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Leading projects and specialist teams, ensuring successful project execution and optimal use of marketing technologies.
  • Performing operational strategizing and execution across various marketing tools, systems, and processes.
  • Managing lead routing, automation, integration between MarTech tools, along with platform implementations and data migrations.
  • Establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Troubleshooting issues related to processes and workflows.
  • Contributing to process changes and documentation efforts on workflows and processes.
