Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Growth Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and scaling initiatives that attract top founders in Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading growth at an early-stage startup or have founded their own company. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives, including products, programs, and other creative ideas.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in growth leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate at multiple levels. They will also be data-driven, resourceful, and self-directed.

As a Growth Lead, you will work closely with our team to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve results.
