  • Develop tailored strategies to penetrate new markets and increase brand awareness in both public and private sectors.">
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and strategic forums across the region.">

  • Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate qualification is a plus).">
  • 10+ years' experience in business development, ideally in the language testing, education, EdTech, or certification sectors.">
  • Proven success in consultative B2B sales and partnership development.">
  • Deep understanding of the language learning and assessment landscape in Southeast Asia, including key stakeholders, regulatory environments, and market trends.">
  • Experience in working across diverse cultural contexts and multi-country portfolios.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.">
  • Fluency in English (C2 level); proficiency in any major Southeast Asian language is a plus.">
