A Learning Delivery Specialist is needed to work in a dynamic team focused on enhancing crew skills and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Job Description

This role involves designing training materials based on the needs of assigned areas, facilitating sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure that crews are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to product and quality standards.

  • Works with local Area Business Development Managers to determine new franchisee training, store opening assistance schedules, and training sessions.
  • Responsible for training employees on basic training modules to store crews, crew leaders, and franchisees.
  • Attains set targets in learner ratio and store to crew ratio.
  • Assists in new store openings and new product launches.
  • Assists franchisees in processing purchase orders, receiving, and inventory of stocks.
  • Issues training credentials, documents, and certificates to zees and food handlers.
  • Facilitates immersion of internal employees, crew, and franchisees.
  • Conducts regular store visits and product quality/preparation validation.
  • Partners with Regional Franchisees and Sales Area Managers to develop crew region/area specific development interventions.
  • Serves as a lead resource for crew and product related concerns during jumpstart and business review sessions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, or Business Courses.
  • At least 1 year work experience in the food service industry.
  • At least 1 year work experience in training and development.
  • Preference will be given to those with work experience in fast food chains.
  • Willingness to travel around Davao.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good presentation ability, dynamic, and result-oriented.
