Program Development

A. Establish channel strategies aligned with the company's overall direction.

B. Prepare trade promotional plans for designated channels, focusing on critical customers.

C. Coordinate media placements, public relations programs, host events, and participate in community activities.

D. Monitor and analyze competitor activities and promotions.

Trade Execution

A. Manage and oversee Trade Marketing Investments such as merchandising collaterals, DA, and Gondola, and initiate execution.

B. Collaborate with Sales regarding deadlines and lead times for promotions, pack/price changes, and new product launches to ensure effective implementation.

C. Lead the execution of programs and activities in line with sales strategies.

D. Oversee new product launches, distribution tracking, secondary displays, and planograms.

Monitoring

A. Develop and monitor a competitive activity feedback report to track promotional activities, documenting for analysis and future reference.

B. Track, analyze, and evaluate account profitability, identifying customers not meeting company standards and recommending improvements.

C. Assess the effectiveness of trade and in-store promotions to ensure they meet company objectives.

D. Conduct price surveys on selected brands to observe trends and inform pricing strategies.

E. Manage the internal price control program, including pricing alignment.

F. Ensure all accounts adhere to merchandising standards.

G. Responsible for training all coordinators and MDs in the area.

Order & Sell-out Management

A. Obtain P.O.s from accounts as required by Sales.

B. Consolidate P.O. reports and submit to RGM/Sales.

C. Monitor sales off-take.

D. Assist in account negotiations regarding promotions, P.O.s, and display requests.

E. Coordinate with the headquarters' sales support department for delivery and data support.

F. Complete sales support systems.

Reports Management

Daily - Trade Reports

A. Program execution and analysis (including trade pictures).

B. Competitor activities.

C. Merchandising compliance.

D. Address account issues and concerns.

Daily - Trade Activity

A. Obtain P.O.s from accounts as needed.

B. Conduct field coaching and training for coordinators and MDs during store visits.

Weekly - Consolidated Reports from Coordinators

A. Promotion execution and implementation reports.

B. Inventory, delivery, out-of-stocks, and off-take reports.

C. Area issues and concerns.

D. Conduct weekly meetings with all area coordinators.

Monthly

1. Updates on all trade promotions, including compliance and execution photos.

2. Promotion analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement, with recommendations.

3. Sales off-take report analysis.

4. Trade promotion proposals.

5. Conduct monthly meetings with all area coordinators.
