Recruitment:
  1. Post job openings on relevant platforms and source applicants through databases, social media, and referrals.

  2. Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.

  3. Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with hiring managers and applicants.

  4. Assist in processing pre-employment requirements (e.g., medical exams, NBI, occupational permits).

  5. Maintain applicant database and recruitment trackers.

Onboarding:
  1. Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce company policies, core values, and procedures.

  2. Ensure timely collection and verification of new hire documents.

  3. Coordinate with IT/Admin to prepare necessary tools and access.

  4. Monitor and support new hires during their probationary period.

  5. Assist in integrating new employees with their teams and reporting managers.

Performance Management:
  1. Assist in the implementation of performance evaluation tools and schedules.

  2. Coordinate and collect performance appraisals from department heads.

  3. Monitor and document employee performance concerns and improvement plans.

  4. Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and probationary evaluations.

  5. Support training and development programs related to performance improvement.

Labor Relations & Legal Compliance:
  1. Ensure employee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE standards).

  2. Assist in resolving employee concerns and workplace disputes in coordination with HR leadership.

  3. Support the investigation and documentation of disciplinary actions.

  4. Help conduct administrative hearings and prepare necessary reports and notices.

  5. Maintain updated knowledge on labor laws and support compliance-related audits.

General HR Support:
  • Prepare HR reports related to hiring, onboarding, performance, and compliance.

  • Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.

  • Support HR policies and initiatives to promote a positive work culture.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
