Senior Technical Training Specialist

This role is responsible for developing, implementing and assessing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in training and development. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The following are the key responsibilities of this position:

  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees;
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Mentor and coach employees to help them achieve their career goals;
  • Coordinate events and activities that promote employee engagement and development;
  • Prepare and submit reports on training program progress and outcomes;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • At least two years of experience in training and development;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
