Job Opportunity: Customer Care Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a customer care representative, providing exceptional service to policyholders and their families.

The role involves handling multiple calls simultaneously, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating complex issues when necessary. You will have the chance to develop your knowledge of the insurance industry and its products.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line phone support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that each interaction meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Field a significant volume of calls daily, utilizing effective communication skills to resolve customer queries.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of insurance products, services, and processes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment.
  • At least 6 months of experience working with computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for work output.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • An education level of at least a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly valued.
