Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Customer Service people to join our Philippines OFFICE BASED team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a well-established logistics company offering stability, professional growth, and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
• Fast response to email requests for ad hoc jobs
• Clear and fast communications to and from our supply partners
• Open 2-way communication with our drivers and subcontractors
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction standards
• Maintain and update customer database with detailed follow-up communications
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless freight coordination
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and delivery guarantees
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in logistics, freight, or transport industry highly preferred
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS aligned databases
• Availability for immediate commencement
• Flexibility to work multiple shift options
