Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the financial processes of our Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing finance teams and ensuring accurate financial deliverables.


This role requires strong collaboration with local and global finance teams, as well as business units, to provide comprehensive financial and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end deliverables of the PS Finance team, ensuring alignment and coordination with relevant stakeholders and departments.
  • Partner closely with business units to address issues, resolve queries, and support business needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for management, including project profitability, cost analysis, and other key metrics.
  • Manage internal and SOX audits, ensuring all requirements are met and robust controls are in place across all processes.
  • Oversee the team's month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, initiating, and leading enhancements to existing processes and workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
  • 8-10 years of relevant finance experience within multinational companies, experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment required.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a leadership role, managing teams of varying sizes and levels.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle-from contract review to project closure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, stakeholder engagement, business partnering, and strategic decision-making.
