Accounts and Cash Management Specialist

Remote work opportunity available for a highly organized individual to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. This role combines transaction processing, vendor management, and financial reporting to maintain accurate and timely financial records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, payment processing, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Manage accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts in good standing.
  • Monitor aging reports and investigate any issues or discrepancies with accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide regular financial reports related to cash flow forecasts and accounts payable and receivable status.
  • Ensure adherence to financial principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote work-from-home position with a starting monthly salary of $650 and weekly pay.
