
Senior Relationship Development Specialist

A Client Services Manager is responsible for fostering long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional client experiences. This role acts as the liaison between the client and our internal operations to ensure outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing the organization effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our services
- Managing daily account and client interactions, focusing on guiding the client through onboarding processes and program setup
- Analyzing account performance and providing regular reports and presentations, including business reviews
- Ensuring regular client feedback and providing constructive suggestions to enhance operations
- Promoting initiatives to boost account management performance and client satisfaction
- Collaborating with the People and Culture Department to manage employee satisfaction initiatives
- Developing strategic relationships with client stakeholders and learning their business models to provide value-add recommendations
- Preparing logistics for client visits and ensuring attendance of key participants
- Communicating critical updates and announcements to clients
- Overseeing ticketing systems and ensuring deliverables meet service level agreements
- Managing timely billing and collections, preparing standard renewal contracts, and conducting site visits
- Maintaining accurate account information in our enterprise resource planning tool
- Leading project management activities and organizing events as required
