Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly
  • SOURCE potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for various positions within the organization
  • Manage and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to cultivate strong talent pipelines
  • Coordinate and facilitate selection processes, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating job offers
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to identify areas of improvement and optimize recruitment strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Proven experience as a recruitment manager or in a similar role within the industry at least 3 solid years
  • Vast and expansive network of recruitment sources for various roles and demands
  • Understanding and skills of analyzing recruitment analytics
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment best practices and a solid understanding of current hiring trends
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
