They ensure projects are completed on time, meet client requirements, and coordinate with various departments and teams to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Develop and execute project plans, prioritize resources, run reports, document shift notes, and maintain knowledge of ongoing tracking projects.">
  • Quota Management: Monitor production reports, address any production concerns, and ensure productivity meets or exceeds standards.">
  • People Management: Ensure smooth transitions, provide production information, collaborate with supervisory staff, and deliver prepared scripts to persuade respondents to answer designated surveys.">

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have 2+ years of work experience or higher education, demonstrated success as a Telephone Interviewer with high production and quality scores, strong mathematical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality while managing changing priorities, maintaining direction, and focus through proactive planning and organized approaches to work.
