Dreambuilders Pro Inc. (DPI) is a recent member of FILINVEST LAND INC. (FLI). Established in January 2017 and granted a Certificate of Incorporation by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines, DPI serves as the full-cycle construction implementor arm of FLI.Although a young company in the construction industry, DPI is led by experienced management professionals with over 50 years of combined experience in engineering and construction. Our goal is to deliver cost-competitive products on time without compromising safety, quality, aesthetics, or functionality.

DPI has aligned its processes with global standards, emphasizing best construction practices, corporate policies, and people management systems. Position Summary:This role involves overall supervision and control of a construction project. Description of Functions:1.

Planning Functions:Lead the team in forward planning activities for the project. Prepare the project master schedule. Manage budget estimation for the project.

Coordinate with consultants, designers, planning officers, and stakeholders regarding project design and implementation plans.2. Project Supervision:Oversee project execution and lead staff in project implementation. Organize and manage technical and administrative staff.

Supervise general contractors, subcontractors, and trade contractors to ensure cohesive work towards project goals. Address on-site concerns and issues, making sound decisions. Optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to minimize costs.

Ensure timely delivery of manpower, equipment, and materials to the site. Prepare and submit periodic reports promptly. Implement safety and quality programs diligently.

Develop and enforce site rules and regulations. Qualifications:Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.

High integrity and strong leadership qualities. Proficient in estimating works and construction methodologies. Willing to be assigned in Davao City.

Available to start as soon as possible.
