Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Operations Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing trends and patterns in volume injection to accurately forecast potential need in class requisition.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to assess performance, identify and mitigate risks, and make decisions on operational challenges impacting staffing and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze reporting, staffing, and scheduling procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Establish and maintain operational reporting, including real-time and historical reporting on volumes, service performance, staffing, and historical trends.
- Lead meetings with management to assess performance and identify and mitigate risks.
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members.
- Manage the team to ensure service level standards are consistently met.
- Oversee intraday management of real-time scheduling and workload management to meet service-level requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Planner and Scheduler.
- At least 1 year of experience as a leader of any team size.
- Planning and Organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Good understanding of effective scheduling, planning, and seat planning.
- Commitment to ownership and accountability.
