**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incident Manager to join our team at BEST CAREERS AND OPPORTUNITIES. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for driving the service operations and managing the Major Incident Management process.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in driving service operations and at least 8 years of experience in managing IM and MIM processes. You should also have strong analytical, communication, presentation, and reporting skills, as well as good leadership, people management, and operational skills.
In this role, you will act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, providing status updates during major incidents. You will also drive the MI Bridge, involving relevant resolver groups and ensuring timely resolution of major incidents. Additionally, you will coordinate with SMEs, inform stakeholders, and conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes and prevent future incidents.
The successful candidate will have exposure to ITIL practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a shift-based environment. If you are a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to improve operational efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
