:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic
Loyalty Program & Retail Marketing Manager
to lead, innovate, and elevate our company's loyalty initiatives and retail marketing strategies. This role will take ownership of driving guest retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through data-driven loyalty programs and compelling retail experiences. The Manager will oversee the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, onboarding, and performance optimization of retail products for the ARAW Gift Shop, ensuring exceptional quality, strong brand alignment, and a seamless guest journey.
Loyalty Program Leadership
- Design, implement, and continuously improve loyalty program strategies to boost member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee program policies, rewards structures, and member communications to ensure alignment with brand objectives and guest expectations.
Retail Marketing Oversight
- Develop and execute innovative retail marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales in the ARAW Gift Shop.
- Ensure retail offerings are strategically sourced, branded, and merchandised to maximize profitability and guest appeal.
Strategic Campaign Management
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, on-property, and partnership channels to promote both loyalty programs and retail offerings.
- Oversee budget allocation, timelines, and performance tracking for all campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution of loyalty and retail strategies.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage key partnerships to optimize value and results.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Conduct market research and analyze guest behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs such as member acquisition, engagement rates, redemption activity, and retail sales performance, using insights to refine strategies.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in loyalty program management, retail marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record in driving measurable results through marketing strategies and program leadership.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM systems, loyalty program platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Advanced knowledge in retail marketing, merchandising, and product lifecycle management.
