Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staffing Agent to support our clients in filling retail and customer service positions. In this role, you will conduct structured first-round phone screenings, evaluate candidate qualifications, and move qualified applicants forward in the hiring process. As the first point of contact for candidates, you will represent our brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured phone interview screenings with candidates
  • Evaluate candidate responses and make pass/fail hiring decisions based on established criteria
  • Record all candidate answers and decisions accurately in our system
  • Represent our brand with professionalism and positivity in all candidate interactions

As a successful candidate, you will have excellent communication, listening, and note-taking skills. You must be able to type quickly and accurately while on live calls and have a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection. We require strong English proficiency (verbal and written), a professional demeanor, and the ability to work 20-40 hours/week during 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
