We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, managing orders efficiently, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email
- Enter and process orders accurately into the system, ensuring seamless order management
- Maintain up-to-date records and customer details as required
- Work collaboratively with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv for efficient order processing
- Assist with updates and basic management of WordPress as needed
- Previous customer service experience (email-based preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv is essential
- Basic knowledge of WordPress is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written communication skills
