Job Opportunity: Construction Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Construction Planner. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in programming, project management, and delivery advice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programming deliverables, providing support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting, and analysing project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.

About the Role
  • Develop, review, and maintain construction programs for various projects.
  • Provide programming support for tenders, project reviews, and reporting.
  • Analyse project timelines, critical paths, and dependencies to identify potential risks and solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Planner/Programmer in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • On-site Experience in Commercial Construction will be desirable.
  • Proficiency in project programming tools/software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present timelines and reports clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.
