Job Title: Senior Construction Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Program Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects while fostering exceptional client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion, quality standards and client satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates
  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, driving satisfaction and repeat business through excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction project management or a related field with at least 5 years of industry experience
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials and timelines, including cost estimation and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle complex inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Asana, Trello, MS Project and Excel
