The candidate must have experience in managing a team and possess strong leadership skills.Experience in construction management

Experience handling high-rise residential condominium and hotel casino Projects.The applicant must be willing to accept assignments within Metro Manila and in provincial project sites, including Pampanga, Cebu, and Boracay, Aklan.The applicant who can start ASAP will be given high priority.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible and focused on the technical details of Architectural fit-out

Attends and may conduct a meeting. Monitors the quality assurance and inspection work being conducted by the Contractors' Quality ControlConducts inspections of Architectural fit-out. Ensures that the contractors and suppliers implement security and safety programs for the ProjectMonitors contractors' project schedules and critical milestone dates to ensure timely completion of mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical work accomplishments.Handles the Design Addenda, Construction Manager's Instructions (CMI's), Requests for Information (RFI's), Substitution Requests, and the like in cases necessary for proper contract management

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
