
Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth through strategic account management, and ensuring seamless communication across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer account management, with a strong understanding of cloud communications, SD-WAN, security, network services, managed services, and software solutions.
You will be responsible for cultivating deep relationships with customers, leveraging proprietary software tools to maintain regular communication, and positioning our organization for growth opportunities.
This is a mid-senior level position that requires 4-year college degree or equivalent experience, along with quantifiable success in enterprise customer account success management.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Cultivate broad understanding of products, technology, software, and game-changing support methodologies
- Leverage powerful proprietary software tools for maintaining regular communication, keeping ahead of technology initiatives, and positioning our organization for growth opportunities
- Gain trust of assigned customers, be trusted point of contact for questions and action items, and act quickly and communicate effectively when a customer has positive experience
- Implement strategic initiatives created in cooperation with leadership that will identify opportunities for product cross-selling and work with resources through sales cycle to ultimately winning additional business
- Manage proprietary software tools including CRM, quote tool, sales play automation tool, and KPI dashboards to ensure metrics are achieved
