As a champion of customer experience, this role is instrumental in enhancing the shopping journey for customers. Focusing on the Voice of the Customer and feedback insights, you will be responsible for driving business decisions that prioritize customer interests.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Experience Team to improve customer shopping experiences.
- Represent customer interests in business decisions, emphasizing the importance of customer feedback and insights.
- Monitor and report on customer experience KPIs, ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions, managing escalation processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
- Strong grasp of English language skills, including spoken and written communication.
- Proven ability to lead and manage team leaders and members effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and confidence in facing challenges to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Continuous learning and growth mindset, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive work attitude.
- Ability to make informed decisions independently and as part of a team.
