Customer Service Manager Role Overview

As a seasoned professional in customer service, you will lead the delivery of exceptional service, ensuring seamless interactions and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can train, develop, and motivate team members to perform at their best. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team, addressing complex or high-priority issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Customer Service team, driving high-quality service delivery and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs, ensuring team members have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or high-priority customer issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer interactions and feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for customer service processes and workflows.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, 2+ years in leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, foster a collaborative culture, and drive results-driven initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer service platforms and CRM tools, prior experience in creative or design-driven environments is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work US business hours.
