Human Resources Operations Coordinator

About the Job:

The Human Resources Operations Coordinator is a vital role responsible for providing comprehensive support to our US-based HR operations. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure compliance, process accuracy, and employee experience across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • FMLA and Compliance Management: Process and track documentation related to FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims.
  • HRIS Maintenance: Maintain and update HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews.
  • Employee Engagement: Respond to employee inquiries and monitor the HR inbox.
  • Training and Development: Track training, performance evaluations, and employee documentation.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate performance management processes and reviews, generate completion reports, and support managers and employees throughout the cycle.
  • Payroll Support: Support payroll processing in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Compliance and Audits: Assist Compliance and HR leadership with tracking attestations, reporting requirements, and data privacy adherence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR/Admin supporting US based companies.
  • Hands-on experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, leave administration and unemployment-related processes.
  • Solid understanding of US federal and state labor laws and general HR practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BambooHR, and ATS/HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail when handling confidential information.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Work Arrangement:

This position is offered in an Onsite with Remote Flexibility work basis. However, please note that this is a performance-based role, and the company reserves the right to require employees to report onsite at any time based on business needs, performance evaluations, operational requirements.
