Customer Service Representative Job

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch customer experience and drive sales conversions through exceptional service delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  2. Upsell and cross-sell products to customers to boost sales conversion rates.
  3. Provide personalized support to customers via multiple channels to enhance their overall experience.
  4. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and team goals, such as sales targets and customer satisfaction ratings.
  5. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and self-learning to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, email conversations, and chat transcripts.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to data protection and confidentiality.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least two years of customer service experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Shopify.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of sales principles and techniques to effectively upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
