Job Description

This role requires you to deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels. You will be the face of our brand, providing solutions and support to customers who are seeking assistance with their inquiries or concerns.

You will be responsible for:

  1. ">
  2. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner;
  3. Addressing product-related issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient way;
  4. Staying up-to-date on product information and support practices to ensure consistency across all interactions;
  5. Utilizing Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously;
  • Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns;
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
