We are seeking an experienced Advanced Customer Support Professional to join our customer service team at TORCH Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced support to healthcare clients and customers, resolving complex issues and inquiries related to healthcare services and products.
Responsibilities:- Assist healthcare clients and customers with complex inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to healthcare services and products.
- Resolve technical, billing, and service-related problems in a timely manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare-related queries and escalate issues to higher levels if necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Educate customers on healthcare services, product features, and policies.
Requirements:
HS/SHS graduate + 6 months CCE experience.
