Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare clients and customers with complex inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting related to healthcare services and products.
  • Resolve technical, billing, and service-related problems in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare-related queries and escalate issues to higher levels if necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Educate customers on healthcare services, product features, and policies.

Requirements:

HS/SHS graduate + 6 months CCE experience.
