**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling email, chat, and calls from customers using our streaming service. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and establish a strong rapport with them.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns by listening actively and providing accurate solutions.
  3. Capture all relevant information accurately in our systems.
  4. Communicate effectively with supervisors and leads regarding customer interactions.
  5. Meet daily targets related to key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with computer applications.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
